1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "63hot," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 63hot online gaming platform and its operators, accessible at https://63hot.app.
• "Platform" means the 63hot website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services provided by 63hot.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 63hot account.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players using the 63hot platform, regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing the 63hot platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 63hot platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

63hot reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned subject to verification of the payment method used.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 63hot Services, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 63hot platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and any other information required during the registration process.
• You must not register using false, misleading, or another person's identity or information.
• 63hot reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 63hot login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

6 Deposits & Payments

63hot accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to players in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 63hot account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• 63hot does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 63hot bears no responsibility.
• 63hot reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions.
• All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. 63hot complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–24 hours on business days.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• 63hot reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before they are processed, after which the funds are returned to the account balance.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

63hot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is stated in the specific promotion terms. Players must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times using eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 63hot platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers under controlled conditions. The following principles govern gameplay on 63hot:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels. These represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, 63hot will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• 63hot reserves the right to void any game round or transaction that is the result of a software error, technical fault, or any other malfunction that produces an incorrect outcome.

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, exploits, or any other unauthorized means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63hot platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the 63hot platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided and the account suspended.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 63hot staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 63hot platform or its underlying software.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 63hot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of 63hot or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 63hot platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 63hot platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 63hot content.
• Use any 63hot trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 63hot intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 63hot.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 63hot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game information, odds, or promotional materials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

63hot's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Responsible Gaming

63hot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: The 63hot platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We enforce this requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

63hot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting 63hot support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

63hot operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 63hot makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
